Everything went as smooth as possible from the scheduling to the reminder call and most especially absolutely excellent service from the tech, Robert McClury. I received the call of when he would arrive the day of my service, just as promised. He helped move some furniture items; showed me a stain that could not be lifted from the carpet, despite trying every product. He then helped put back in place some of the heavier items.
I think my neighbor will be giving you a call before the end of summer.

I could see my carpets and rugs get cleaner as he worked on them. Tony came and did my carpets. Very thoughtful, very personable person! He even called me after he had left to tell me it's starting to rain and that i should bring in my area rugs that we had hung over the fence! How great is that! I already recommended to my sister in Elk River.

I like the product because it's puppy friendly and does an amazing job on this 30+ year old cream colored carpet that was pet stained, smelled of urine and traffic worn. It looks like brand new. And Cody was so helpful as the homeowner was elderly, he really took his time to do a good job for us. The dog urine smell was awful and the treatment and care Cody did really work. I really want to thank him for all his hard work. The whole house looks beautiful!
