JAMES WAS ON TIME BUT I WASNT READY YET AND HE WAS VERY PATIENT FOR THE NEXT 15 MINUTES THAT I NEEDED. HE WAS THOROUGH AND VERY POLITE. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT ALTHOUGH THE LEVEL 1 PET SMELL NEUTRALIZER DIDNT WORK COMPLETELY. THE SMELL IS STILL APPARENT BUT MORE SUBTLE. THE URINE HAS PROBABLY GONE TO THE PAD. ALL IN ALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

results are great. I like the more natural citrus cleaner that is put on the carpet. He was able to get stains and coloring out of the carpet that I was not sure would come out. The carpet looked so amazing

My carpets look beautiful. A stain that had been in a light colored carpet was totally removed with the special red color treatment. The men that were here to clean were very good at their jobs. They listened to my requests and followed through. They went over trouble spots until they were really clean.
