I liked how the technicians actively sought out stains, asked if I knew what they were from and then treated accordingly. They were very professional and helpful.
The gentleman who came to clean our carpets has amazing customer service. I forget his name but he deserves a bonus of somesort! We asked him to do double the work when he arrived and he was happy to help! He educated us and up sold products that met our needs - he was extremely helpful and clearly explained what our needs would be including providing a detailed estimate. He was wonderful. Our carpets are cleaner than they ever had been before - we keep wondering if our basement carpet was ever this white! I would hire Zerorez again for the great cleaning the tool provided but for the awesome gentleman who delivered the services. Please give him this input - he did a terific job, he really cares about the work he does.

I like the fact that you use no soaps..The rug feels so clean, and is not sticky from left over soap suds. The room smells so clean...does not take days to dry. I was not totally satified the last time I had zeorez do out carpet, and almost did not use your company this year, but decided to give u another chance. So when your employee John came, I showed him the spots that were left by the last team...John did an amazing, fantastic job this time. He was courteous, showed concern about previous job...and removed all spots. I am onced again impressed by your services.
