Carpet was clean when done, & the dry time only took 3-4 hours for 2 rooms and a flight of stairs. It's not the cheapest, but have used various cheaper competitors & the final result was never that great. I always tell people ZeroRez is the only cleaning company to use.

They explained the process, benefits of not using soaps/shampoos, putting protective equipment on corners, being efficient, and letting us know what other services your company offers without being pushy!
