As ALWAYS,,, The crew was friendly and knowledgable. I was impressed with the knowledge the crew had about carpeting, different products, and advice to save me money. I was lucky enough to get a crew with a new employee in training and as in the past, I hit it off with the cleaning techs. Whatever the Zerorez company does to screen and hire it's employees seems to work because each time we've used them the service, friendly demeanor and professionalism of the tech that arrives at our door is top notch.

I highly recommend this company for home carpet cleaning needs. I really enjoy having them out.

It was very easy to set up an appointment. Appointments were available within a few days of my call. Dayton was great! We reviewed the rooms to be cleaned and he gave recommendations on treatment for spots. He was also able to work with a couple of furniture items that I wasn't able to remove from the rooms. So easy--thank you!

Super nice ZeroRez technicians arrived on-time, explained the options for our carpets, and got right to work cleaning our 3 rooms & steps. They did a great job on our carpets, and even spent extra time on our steps where our dogs like to hang out! I really like all the extra care they take with blue booties for their shoes, the corner guard for the wall so the tubing doesn't mark the walls, and the air blocker for the front door so it didn't get too chilly in the house. Thanks to Nate and his associate for doing a great job!! Our carpets look really good!!
