The fact that there are no chemicals. This is my second cleaning the service tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have recommended Zerorez to several people. One has used this service 3 times in the last 2 years.

This was my first time having Zerorez clean my carpet and I was very pleased with the service. The technicians were very professional and conscientious. I also sent two rugs with them to be cleaned and am waiting for them to be returned. I love the convince of having the rugs taken and returned to me. I can't wait to see the outcome. I will call Zerorez again and ask for the Captain and the Pitcher. (Sean and Paul)

Carpets are clean and fresh after Zerorez has cleaned them. The young man who did the work was very personable and knew what he was doing.
