The staff who come to do the cleaning are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We hadn't originally planned on also cleaning our tiles, but when he showed us what Zerorez was capable of, we were intrigued and decided to do the tile floors as well. The difference is unbelievable. We are also very pleased with how the carpet turned out. Great product, great people!!

First of all, I like that your products and services actually work as advertised, which is more than I can say for some of your competitors. Second, your technician was friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgeable. I was afraid I was going to have to rip out our carpet and replace it with hardwood floors, now it seems that won't be necessary.
