It was the WOW experience. I was very impressed with the process of pretreating the carpet and the product that was applied at the end. Both were so carefully & precisely applied as if every inch of carpet was worthy the very best of treatment. No shortcuts were taken in the cleaning process. Was it a bit more expensive than other companies? Yes, but I'm a lover of quality so I'm willing to pay for good service and the quality product. Darin was the best in every way, in his customer service skills and in his workmanship...a job well done!! I plan in use Zerorez again, within two months and I will be requesting Darin to return to our home.
