I requested to have my rugs back in a week that info didn't get onto my order also someone was supposed to call me with quotes fir pads for my two rugs that did not happen

My only issue I have is over the phone I was told I would be charged $60 for a gallon of pet stain removal and I was charge $60 per room (3). I should have questioned it but my pet stains were bad and it could be a different treatment.

Otherwise, I was highly satisfied.

I really liked how clean my carpets were WITHOUT the chemical smell. I had a liver transplant and am very sensitive to smells and odors and when your employee left I smelled nothing but clean. Most all the stains got removed and I was very happy with the results. Our carpets were 100% wool, and he took very good care and knew how to treat them as not to damage them.
