On time, good enough results. People have to have some clue or reality that its carpet cleaning not remanufacturing of the carpet. Wise not to overclaim results with your promotions, makes it hard for your people doing the service. I know the limites on what can be done.
With that said, on time, nice guy, your had everything in the truck and pretty quick with no wineing. Will use you again. Thanks
The carpets look like new! No "crunchy" carpet with soap residue, just soft, fresh fibers. We had the grout cleaned in our entry and the change is amazing! Our service tech, Tom, was OUTSTANDING! He carefully explained the Zerorez process and answered all our questions. He was very careful while working in the house and left nothing for us to clean up after him. This was our first Zerorez experience and we are thrilled!

We have had Zerorez clean our carpets before and were equally pleased this time. Ryan (Wicks) did a fantastic job! He was one of the best technicians we have ever had--although they have all been good. He was very courteous, conscientious, and professional and wanted to make sure we were pleased with our carpets before he left. The job was bigger than what was expected and some very troublesome spots with our pets. Ryan worked extremely hard on them and we really appreciated that. We will definitely request to have him come back on other jobs that we schedule in the future!
