The last carpet company didn't do a very good job. A few days later after it dried there were some spots that should have been redone. Wasn't sure if they would have came back.
I like the 30 day guraentee because sometimes you just don't know until the carpet is dry if a spot came out.
Your service provider, Eric, was prompt and professional. He explained the process to me and provided solutions to my questions and specific carpet issues. The carpet looked great when he left. However, once the carpet dried, there were a few areas that still looked dingy. My husband called Zerorez to let them know about it and they immediately scheduled a time for Zerorez to come back out to resolve the problem. The date is a week from this writing. So far, my husband and I are favorably impressed with Zerorez!

Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Our downstairs carpet had pet stains and they got them all of the stains out!

Very impressed with the job done, we have a yellow carpet and we knew it was dirty but didn't know until the tech started to clean it, I was so amazed that I took a video of him while he was cleaning and posted it on facebook recommending people to have Zerorez clean their carpets, watching the whole process I told Chuck I believe was his name, that it looked like he was sucking up a shadow off our floor, your tech is a hard worker, did a super job and represented your company to your highest degree.
