Very professional but since the service was only provided yesterday, we need a week or so to appreciate the quality of the job.

My old, nasty carpet was really clean when my service person left! And, he was kind and considerate. And, it was a long day for him - his 2nd person wasn't there, so he was by himself - came at 5:55 and left close to 8. So the timing wasn't great, but he did a fantastic job.

The carpet is still wet and some spots are resurfacing, so will see what it looks like when it is dried.

One of the best parts of the service was the two technicians who worked at my house. Seriously. They were very friendly, easy to have in my home and thorough. In the past, I've procrastinated on calling my usual carpet cleaner because the technician made me uncomfortable. Also, I had a lot of animal damage on my carpets and they took the time to treat those well. (There is an up-charge for that.) Thanks!

Professional service, helpful, friendly, a tad on the pricey side I think, but you still do a good job... You can't be paying your techs enough.
Not this time, but I had Zerores out to my 4plex in late april/may 2014 to clean the hallway carpet. I did not think they did as good of a job that time as the time before - (about a year prior) when you did it.
