My technician was absolutely wonderful!!! Went above and beyond my expectations. I would request him again. He was knowledgeable and professional offering a wide range of services yet not pressuring me into anything. I was thrilled with Zerorez and would highly recommend them. I will never use another service.

The technician was great. He was on time, explained everything, did a job that far exceeded our expectations. Our carpet was dry in less than 24 hours. We will definitely use Zerorez for all our future carpet cleaning in the future.

1) The walk-through prior to starting the job, giving me a moment to describe the needs and why. 2) Taking the time necessary to clean the couch, and getting the stain across the bottom out! 3) A thorough job was done by all - and you were "right on" as far as drying time. 4) Other folks, which I won't name, have tried to get rid of the stain on the couch. Congratulations, you did it and did not seem to complain or rush the rest of the cleaning.

I liked the way they brought a 5 piece band with them and sang and danced for us. The pony rides were a nice touch too but I thought the elephant rides were a little over the top! Just kidding......................they did a good job and we'll gladly use them again.

Carpet was completely dry in several hours. No residue on carpet, no smell in the house. Darnel was totally professional and courteous. Excellent job overall.
