Ryan Wicks and his partner were very professional. I expected the whole process to take 3 to 4 hours and they were able to complete the job in just under 2 hours. I had very low expectations for our carpet because it was completely beat up. They were able to make it look like new again.

I loved the cleaning. I hated the "hard sell" of all the other services I could pay for that would make my experience sooo much better! Perhaps if that were done during the phone call I would not have chosen your company but I will not be listening to the sales pitch for area rugs, spot removal, protectant spraying again if I should choose to use you again. Although my service man was extremely nice, I was so over it by the time he got to the end of his upsell speech. very, very disappointing that he spent at least 20 to 30 minutes while in my home just talking to me about all the other services he could provide.
