were Chris and Robbie. They actually were working ahead of schedule and called

The team did a great job...both men were professional and knew what they were doing! Just a note that the first check I wrote and gave to Joe at Zerorez was lost somewhere in or outside our house. We looked inside the house and he looked outside, and we did not find the check...so it may have very well blown away. I ended up writing a second check for $222.29 and giving it to Joe.
On time courteous service. I unfortunately was hoping like the commercials I would be able to avoid replacing carpet. Some stains could not be removed and there were some wear areas. Thanks for trying.

Previous carpet cleaners would remove the spots initially but they would begin showing up again several months later. That has not been the case with Zerorez. Your workers have been kowledgable, enthusiastic & efficient. We like the result & would recommend Zeroez to others.
