Zerorez did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. The house just felt and smelled fresh afterwards. I did have a petstain in our master bedroom and it was gone after the carpets were cleaned. Thank You for a great job.

the technician, Owen Rudolph, was execeptionally careful in the house, he did a great job of explaining what he was going to do...and he got the spots off my stairs.
The job is well done, no smell, no residue, reasonably priced for carpet (not really for furniture), quick, tech was super nice, and the carpet was reasonably clean.....totally understand some stains aren't removable
