Very useful information provided by our technician (Les Coyour) during our cleaning. He was prompt, considerate of our furnishings, and worked diligently to clean even the difficult spots. We had the upper level cleaned this time, will have the lower level cleaned the next time, and Les explained the process used to clean tile. We will also have that done the next time.

Friendly, earnest service tech who really scrubbed at the nasty spots. Products that aren't scary. Dried pretty quickly. Carpet looks a million times better. Appt was scheduled for the day after I called!
The people I dealt with both setting up an appointment to the men who came to clean the carpets were all very friendly and professional. I like the fact that the product is more natural and safer for our family and the pets.
I do have to say that after the carpet dried in the family room, one stain surfaced that I hadn't noticed previously. Also, the edge where the carpet meets the board for the wood flooring has a dark "stain" that also showed up after the carpet dried. Other than that, the carpets look nice.
The Zerorez "technician" was very knowledgeable, respectful and had a "positive" attitude. The carpet in our bedroom was badly soiled in one area and the Zerorez "technician" was able to get the area clean. I would recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
