Well, first of all. I am sure that I got the most incredible technician that you have. He was very efficient. He introduced himself, shook my hand, put his booties on. Told me what he was going to do in order of what he was going to do. We walked through the house and he made note of any details that I told him about. He told me about the products that he was using, how often I should clean my carpets and told me about the extra protectant to use to help extend the life of the carpet. He was soooooo professional, pleasant and a wonderful sens of humor. When he completed the job , he picked up behind himself, left nothing behind and thanked me for letting him come to our home. I felt completely comfortable with Ryan cleaning the carpet and sofa in our home. First name removed, a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!
