We are very happy with the results. The carpets look clean and refreshed. The one thing I would have to say, is the experience trying to get an appointment is way too much in depth and the technician that did the carpets did an amazing job but the company policy must be to oversell everything. A little too high pressure. You have a great product I would prefer it's just left at that.

The staff I spoke to on the phone and both the men who came to clean the carpet were extremely professional and friendly. They were easy to talk to and I could tell they were being honest with me. So, so impressed with (Owen and Daniel?) They were awesome! Additionally, my carpet now looks brand new. Love the smell, look and feel! So, so happy!
