Zerorez hit a home run on communication and being on time. Jacob is the service tech that cleaned our carpet. He was totally all about the customer and that is hard to come by today. We started our spring cleaning early and will have Zerorez back out again and we would be very happy if we got Jacob back. We are very pleased with the job that was done and highly recommend Zerorez.
