The service tech (Valentine) was awesome and kept me informed about the entire process. And then showed me how much of a difference it made before and after cleaning. He is suppose to send me the pics he took so that I can share them with my friends on facebook

The carpet looks great and we are very pleased with the cleaning.

However, one of the men poured some white liquid on our grass and that spot is now all brown.
I saw him do it and am not very pleased with that part of your service!!

I am a first time customer. I was very happy with the results. No chemical smell after. Just a faint, clean citrus scent. The technician was friendly and explained everything he was doing. I give him a ten!

Wow! We had such a dirty and stained carpet in one bedroom and on the stairs. All of the dirt and stains came out looking like we had replaced the carpet!

The carpets were clean! I have 6 kids and had various mystery stains that came out! My carpets dried quickly which meant we were not trapped in one room! It's a week later and my carpets still look clean which was not the case with the last cleaner I used... not to name names but skip the place that rhymes with snee bean barpets.

A pleasant scent following the cleaning, not chemical - and no crunch underfoot! My technician Steve did a great job of managing expectations (my carpets hadn't been cleaned in years)and I was very pleased with the results. He did a great job of removing years of dirt and stains. I would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors!

The carpet looks new! Its really very old and very, very light beige. We couldn't be more please!! Dayton was friendly, helpful and thorough. We will definitely have him back! We enjoyed his company so much.

Ryan and Evan did a wonderful job cleaning our carpeting. They were also very informative on things. Ryan explained everything he did and gave me information on how the system works. After they were done, the carpets looked great and the odor was gone. I will have Zerorez back again. I am very satisfied with the job that was done!
