Great service from the technician, Dameon Moore. He was very nice and professional and kept me informed throughout the time he was cleaning my carpets. My carpets look good and smell good. I do wish there were other pricing deals so I did not have to pay for three rooms when I really only needed one big room and some stairs cleaned.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Zerorez. The service offerings were laid out very clearly on your website, and I found them to be very economical. The service that I received was also very good. Mike, who was our technician, was very thorough in explaining how the process worked. He also took the time to explain the different offerings that were available to me (i.e. duct and area rug cleaning).
I have used Zerorez four times. The third time was not up to the standards met the first two times. So I was hesitant to call again. But, I was very happy that I did. The technician, Derek, was on time, thorough, and careful to complete the job with excellence. He explained the 30 day guaranty on the extra services I requested. So far, the carpet looks great.
