Excellent! Our carpet looks almost new. It was so awful looking when we moved in and smelled of cat/dog order. I was embarrassed to have people come in and I even thought the Zerorez guy would turn and run out. Now when I walk in there is no hint of a dog/cat order to be smelled. Thank You Very, Very MUCH!!
