The people I dealt with both setting up an appointment to the men who came to clean the carpets were all very friendly and professional. I like the fact that the product is more natural and safer for our family and the pets.

I do have to say that after the carpet dried in the family room, one stain surfaced that I hadn't noticed previously. Also, the edge where the carpet meets the board for the wood flooring has a dark "stain" that also showed up after the carpet dried. Other than that, the carpets look nice.

Pre-work communication. When you were to begin and a call when you where on your way. Asked several times about my satisfaction with the work. Re-did an area that I wanted improved without complaint or argument. When done I liked the fresh, clean smell that lingered.
