I've had my carpets cleaned numerous times by different cleaners and paid extra for certain applications such as pet stains, etc. I was always disappointed that they never appeared to be as clean as they should be. When I decided to try Zerorez for one last cleaning before replacing my carpet, I decided not to have any extra applications done. I was extremely surprised to see that my carpets came out cleaner than they ever had before! The gentleman that did the cleaning was so nice and informative and never applied any pressure for extra applications. He took precautions by putting rubber protectors on the corners of the walls so they didn't get nicked up, and a plastic protector around the door so that the house was not open to the outside elements. I will be calling Zerorez for all future cleanings and will highly recommend them to family and friends! A job well done!

From setting up the appointment with Katie, to working with Cody and his team that day of, everything went perfectly well. I have a rental townhome that had some pretty bad stains and traffic patterns. I was worried, but they got EVERYTHING out! Andrew was wonderful! We will request him with our next service. I thought we needed new carpet but after it was cleaned it looks almost brand new. I love the result, it's amazing.

The gentlemen that cleaned our carpets was very nice, professional and seemed well informed on the job at hand.

I like that it is mostly 'chemical' free - though I do know some stains need more than a specialized water treatment. We will simply 'spot' clean those little areas...it's been years since we have had our carpets professional done - will try to get on a more regular routine!
