Customer service was excellent, from my initial call (first time customer) to your technician's call to let us know he was ahead of schedule and would be arriving early. My only disappointment was that my expectations were that dark areas would be gone, but it was explained before he started that the dark areas would only be lightened, and why. Apparently, I had unrealistic expectations.

I did miss the pretty orange scent from previous times. But he said he didn't recommend that if it wasn't needed. So I trusted his judgment. There is something nice about having your carpets cleaned and smelling that fresh light citrus scent afterwards.

Your service person. He was not just competent but also friendly and knowledgeable about the whole procedure. He did just the left side of the stairs going to the 2nd floor to show the wife the difference and that alone sold her on how well he cleans. Of course, he did the other half once she had seen it. That is a very effective demonstration.

This is the fourth visit Zerorez has made to our home. There is no better carpet cleaning service. Zerorez professionals do an amazing job, and are very knowledgeable. Nobody tries to sells us any services or products that we don't need. It's well worth the price.

Derek did a great job and was very informative on what he was doing, areas of concern and suggestions. My only comment is the "upsell" - we purchased a special and by the time it was all "done" we owed another $100.00. For me, I would prefer to know all the costs up front. BUT - the job you did looks awesome!

The service tech did a fantastic job, our rugs look fantastic. He explained everything, was upfront about the costs and seemed to be a genuine, nice guy.
The employee was very knowledgeable and was very thorough with his work. He was able to identify and remove stains and clearly showed pride in his work. He offered additional services and what they would offer but I didn't feel pressured to take them which I appreciated. Overall I was very happy with the service that I received.
