The products did wonderful and I was glad I took the advice of the tech Justin who suggested I get the deep clean for our stairs since we have dogs. My husband came home and was pleased by the appearance and loved the fresh smell. I will never use another carpet cleaning company EVER! If they had an 11 I would give it 11.

The gentleman that was at our house was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining what he would be doing. We felt very comfortable with him in our home right away and left him there by himself to do his job and to lock up when he was done.

The carpet came out really clean
Service was very good and results very good; however, I had asked for duct cleaning and person who came was not informed of that and didn't have the correct van/truck to perform a duct cleaning. Also, technician was one hour early...which was fine but unexpected.
