Great products that work amazingly well - no residue - no odor - environmentally friendly.
They refill my spot treatment bottle free. It works wonders in between cleanings.
The service team is very knowledgeable, respectful, courteous,hardworking and trustworthy. You understand up front what services/treatments they provide for your situation and the cost before they start. I have used zerorez for the past 4 years, and several different carpet cleaning services prior to that. Nothing compares to zerorez. The are the best.

Extremely impressed with technician, Andrew. Not only is he very personable...and nice to look at :)...but he is also an excellent communicator. I learned many new things from him about caring for my rugs and carpet, duct cleaning, etc. He did an outstanding job on my carpet and in a quiet, calm, organized way. He left me a very satisfied customer. I will never use another service again.

The fact that Zerorez DOES stand behind their service when the customer has a concern, goes a long way with us. We recently felt the need to have a return visit due to concerns over the first results. Dennis came and assessed the situation and went over and above our expectations to rectify the situation. We will never have another company in our home to work on our carpets.

very friendly. don't care for all the 'upgrades' that you have to make a decision immediately. also, tech was not aware of special offer that I booked when calling in to set up the appointment so he had to refigure the bill.

Todd was extremely courteous and professional. Both levels, including stairs, were cleaned and almost dry by the time he was done. Stains that were mysteries when we moved in disappeared! The whole house smells so clean, and the carpet looks brand new!
