Mark the technician was great. Very professional and handled an uncomfortable situation very well.

NOT Happy when he arrived and told me my charges wer $100 plus more than quoted.

I gave specific measurements about my space. Phone rep never said that the quote may need to be modified.
We settled, but you need to fix this process.

There was no lingering oder. The citrus spotter was great at getting out most of the spots.
Very nice service man, pleasant, helpful and explained exactly what he would be doing and the products he was using.

Very easy to schedule and your service person was excellent. Very professional and arrived ahead of schedule. He was concerned about our needs and did a good job on the cleaning. And even on a very humid day, it wasn't sopping wet and carpets dried well.
