Tyler did a fantastic job! He explained our options and was clear with the pricing prior to starting. He was very thorough and our carpets look brand new - I was prepared to replace the carpet in our living room but Tyler removed the stains and pet odors. Very impressed!

I've heard Zerorez advertised on the radio and wanted to have only the best company for a badly needed carpet clean throughout my home. Adam was very professional and provided a lot of good, honest information.
The carpet turned out great, especially the stairs and Jaime was a great guy and very knowledgeable about the cleaning process.
Good service! I thought that our guy (Eric) was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. My only disappointment is that he was unable to remove a couple of paint droplets from the carpet in the nursery, but Eric brought that to my attention and suggested another way for us to address that issue if it really bothers us, so I can't complain.

The Service we received from Jermaine was well above par. Jermaine was personable and professional, not to mention he communicated realistic expectations regarding what we should expect. I would have provided a 10 for recommending Zerorez, however last time we recommended to neighbors we did not receive any future consideration in pricing, as expressed by the technicians. (Each family told they were referred)
That you don't use chemicals. Carpets are not over saturated.
