Everyone at Zerorez did exactly what they said they would from 2 day notice call to Jazz our carpet technician calling before arrival to his explanation of everything he was going to do to everything he did do. Jazz was very professional kind worked hard and represented Zerorez to the nth degree. Your employees make your company who you are. Hats off to Jazz great job. It s refreshing to talk to real people not machines and people who have no idea of where Minnesota is.
