The Zerorez technicians are great. They were very polite to both me and my house. I had a carpet cleaning need. Instead of cleaning the carpet without question, the technician informed me that I should call a carpet repair service to have the pad underneath replaced before cleaning the carpet. This information was given to me free of charge. I appreciated the honesty. Since Zerorez was so great, once the carpet pad was fixed, I made sure to call Zerorez back to my house to clean the carpet. The carpet looks great and my basement is back to normal. Thank you very much.
The man who came out to clean our ducts and furnace was great! He was polite, professional and answered all of our silly questions. It was nice to see the huge canister full of dust, garbage and debris that he was able to get out of the ducts of our new house. I am happy to know that my family will not be breathing in the dust and junk of the previous owners!

What I like most about the product is it is chemical free. I like the idea of breaking up the stains and removing them rather than washing them with soap. Customer service from the technician that came to our home was excellent and very professional. Jordon took his time to make sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. He explained everything to me, what he was doing and going to do.
