We are most pleased. We had our boat carpets and upholstery done. When the tech got here we decided to do the house also. He was professional and courteous. We noticed when the upholstery dried in the boat it appeared some was missed so I called later in the week. You immediately scheduled someone to come back out. The person who came corrected the problem and discussed the specifics about upholstery and how the knap (if spelled correctly) appears and how to be sure it was running in the right direction and how to use a damp sponge to make adjustments. When the second tech was here my neighbor saw the truck she said we must have been happy as we had them come again to do more work for us. I explained the return trip was not for more work but due to some concern about the upholstery and how zerorez promptly and professionally addressed our concern and came back. The service is by far the best in the industry they make you very aware of each and every step they will be doing the staff is very caring and work very ha d to do the best job they can. Our technician, Jaime, was very prompt. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the pricing. He wore shoe covers the entire time, moved furniture as needed and left the carpet cleaner than it's been in years.
