I like how clean things get, without the nasty chemicals.
I did not have the best experience with the last cleaning, equipment failures, yes 2 different pieces, and at first the tech acted like he didn't know what to do. I suggested he call and have someone bring him a new equipment. Then the large fan didn't work. I asked if he checks his equipment, or did he just let someone else load his van? It was disappointing, He did contact the office and they adjusted the price for the inconvenience of the equipment.
I really like zeroez, this is the first bad experience, I just wanted to share the disappointment in equipment preventive maintence.

Last but definitly not least it was the best job that Zerores or any company we had before you has ever done. we are so pleased we have tolmny people about your services. The steps look like the are new and we put down some leftover carptet we had from when the carpet was new and you can hardly tell the difference betweeen the two and our carpet is at least 15 years old. Thanks a bunch we will definetly have you as our carpet cleaners from now on.
