Fewer chemicals

The carpets were very dirty and they turned out amazing, no need to replace carpets.
They were cleaned about 1-1/2 years ago by some one else and the carpet still looked dirty after cleaning, and after walking on it my socks were soaked.

Techs were very informative on what they were going to do and how they would be treating the stains. No cleaning tech has ever gotton down on their hands and knees to smell every stain on my carpet to make sure it was not animal unrine. Unbelievable. Very happy with the results in every room and I had some pretty big and old stains.

No soap residue

My daughter had the stomach flu and made a mess of her bedroom carpet. Zerorez came out and cleaned it up. It looked like it was good after the first visit, but when I noted that there was some residual smell a day or two later, Zerorez promptly returned and tried again, this time with a "level 2" cleaning, which did the trick. Thanks!!

Service was absolutely the best. Service Tech requested permission to park in driveway and explained the procedures he was going to perform. He was very polite and efficient. Spots were removed that I didn't expect to come out. I am very pleased with the results. I apologize for this late reply, I had to go out of town for a family matter. I had heard good things about your company and now I truly know why.

I like that the products are environmentally safe to use for children or pets. I have all ready recommended Zerorez to my sister. We had our heavily soiled high traffic areas of carpet cleaned and they look brand new (they are 10 years old). Peter Graves was our technician and was excellent! I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have their carpet cleaned.
