On time. Immaculate job done by Daylon Hopkins who was very professional. He helped with furniture and ensured he had his booties on inside the house. He also made sure the wood floors were protected and kept dry. My carpets look very clean. By the time he left, our carpets were dry. I have a few other carpet cleaners. Zerorez was so far the best and they beat my expectations.

Great cleaning and wonderful professional service. We had a unique situation that required two callbacks to remedy. That involved 3 different techs that were all very personable and professional. I wish every service company I dealt with was this good. Our 26 year old white carpet looks like brand new.

The guy was friendly, professional, and explained what was going to happen before it happened. I lost my gift card because I just moved and my house was covered in boxes and he applied the credit for me, anyway.

Jaime Arredondo, the technician who performed the carpet cleaning service, was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He took great care of my home, really knows the product, and was even nice to my dogs. He really is a great representative for your company. I was very pleased with the end result. We have had puppies and many pet accidents, and the odor from them is completely gone. Our newer carpet looks new again and our older carpet looks much cleaner and fresher than I thought was possible. I will recommend your service to all of my friends and will be calling you in the future for my carpet cleaning needs. My old chair and carpets turned out very nice...the chair especially turned out much better than I thought it would. I also REALLY like that I don't feel the soapy residue left on the carpet after a cleaning. Juan was very nice and took pride in doing a good job. He made sure I was satisfied with the way everything looked.
