Alex, our carpet cleaner, was so professional, articulate, and thorough about explaining your services and what he would be doing throughout the process of cleaning our carpet. We had some tough stains to get out, however, he was able to make the carpet look like new again!! He also explained what products should never be used on the carpet for stains, and we did end up buying two of your products.

I like that the techs take care not to damage anything in house. I.e. Corners, edges, doorway. It is nice that there is no deodorant smell left to mask orders. Rugs just don't smell!
