The product worked and the service was amazing. Jon Schonning was the lead and I am sorry, but I do not remember the other gentleman with. Both were very polite, helpful, cheerful and did the unbelievable on my carpeting. It looks brand new and I had been thinking about replacing it. Now I will not. I thought my stairs were never going to be the same as they were so brown and spotted, but they took IT ALL OUT. I cannot say enough good about my experience with Zerorez.

Charlie and John. Kudos to these two guys. They serve as great PR for Zerorez. Both upbeat, respectful, helpful. Best of all, they were both well-spoken and not the typical idiots one tends to deal with when looking for this type of service...not to say an idiot can't deliver as well as somebody who speaks well, but, for me, it matters that I'm not speaking with an individual who sounds stupid.

Duct cleaning was done at my son's home, hopefully the service was done as well as the two of these guys represented your company.
