The service was awesome, had carpet cleaned in various rooms and they look like new. The employee introduced himself and asked to see the rooms that need cleaning. He was very professional and friendly and efficient. He explained to me the work he will do and also the procedure, Steven was very informative. He also explained the other services Zerorex provides and left with me some brochures. I am interested to have my air ducts cleaned in the future. All in all I was so pleased with everything.

There was no residue, as in the past we felt a filmy residue after and the carpet was kind of stiff. You could walk on the carpet right away, although we wanted to wait until dry. Jon Schonning was so nice and sat and explained all very well and offered for us to call him if any questions. I heard him training the other guy who was helping him a couple times while I was in the basement and thought he did such a nice job of explaining techniques to him, without being bossy.
