Alex was fantastic! He called ahead and arrived on time. He confirmed what rooms were to be cleaned, he explained the challenges with older carpet, he suggested possible add-on services but was respectful and not pushy, and then he got to work. He used corner guards, booties, and was careful with equipment while in the house. He was thorough and efficient. And the results? The 15+ year living room carpet is spectacular. The whole carpet is bright, clean and smells great, even the dingy and heavily trafficked areas look almost new. What a fantastic improvement.
