Josh and his assistant trainee were terrific, worked very hard to get deep stains out of the carpet, and explaining why some just wouldn't come out. They spent extra time going over some areas I pointed out, and we we were very happy with the job hey did. There was one area I would like to see redone as it looks like they missed it. I called after they had left but they were already on their way to the next appointment. At some point I would like them to come out and review that small area. Oh, and one of your orange corner protectors was left behind, so we'll have that for you when you come. Thank you! We will recommend zeroes...already have!

The carpets look good. The stains appear to be removed along with the rust stain. It was quick.
I loved the customer service and the honesty. I was told that trying to get the cat urine our of my carpet by cleaning it would be a waste of money and I would most likely have to replace it anyway. Usually people would just take my money and do the cleaning anyway!
