Our technician, Juan Arredondo, was extremely knowledgeable and helped rejuvenate the carpet that we were just about to replace. In the areas where there were extra pet stains, he explained what he could do, how he would do it and exactly what the price would be. The results were just short of a miracle.

I knew we made the right choice when my son asked "Dad, have you smelled the carpet?" I said "Not really" and he said "Put your nose right in it and smell. You smell NOTHING!!!"

Service while scheduling the appointment was great; technician called when they said he would; showed up on time; he was very professional and thorough. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase any suggested add-ons. Most importantly, the carpet looked and felt great and the whole house smelled fresher.

Seemed to be very thorough and conscious of the quality of the services. Technician cleaned up after the services were completed.

We had some stains that we didn't think would come out, however, the stains are gone or at least not noticeable any more. We both have allergies and asthma and there are no chemical smells that would trigger an attack. Most importantly, I hated our carpet and wanted to tear it out especially since we just painted our living room. However, now, it looks amazing and I am not embarrassed to have people come over, especially now that I am opening a child care business in our home. The service was amazing and prompt. IT works! My carpet and upholstery was pretty dirty. They look like new now. I was expecting some improvement, but nothing that good!
