I was wowed, your technician (James I believe) as very friendly, polite and courtious, he asked questions concerning my carpet.and he told me what was going on. I loved the fact that he used corner bumpers to protect the the corners and the shield he used on the front door to keep the cold out, yet still be able to use his equipment. I will recommend Zerorez to any that asks. However, I did point out to areas that might need extra attention, and he said he will do what he could do. I told him of an Elmers glue spill on the carpet by a closet, but I failed to leave the closet door open for him, the mess was cleaned up outside the closet, but not the inside. The second area is in a bedroom that I had pointed out appeared to have been cleaned when it was wet, but now that it is dry, it is a little crunchy, not sure what spilled on the area, but would like to have that cleaned again. Please let me know what you can do.

When Gabriel first arrived at my home he introduces himself and the trainee (Jesse). They were both very personable. Gabriel explained the procedure very thoroughly and proceeded to clean the carpet and Italian Porcelain Tile in my entry. Gabriel did an excellent job. I was very impressed and I told him so. He instructed Jesse to do various jobs to help. They were very professional and Zerorez should be proud to have them on their team. Thank you :)

No harsh soaps, detergents or soapy residue. Also, agents are friendly and helpful.
