The whole experience. You give a window of arrival and call 15 to 20 minutes before you actually do. On arrival the tech is very good at explaining the services you provide. Once the tech starts cleaning he takes extra measures to protect the furniture.

The whole cleaning process is neat and clean with no perfumey after-smell and no puddles of water around the cleaned area. The cleaned area is fairly dry when they finish and only takes a short while before it's totally dry. Beats the other companies we've used!

The carpet looks great & smells great. The spot where the cat peed, is all clean. There is no harsh chemical smell & the carpet smells fresh. And it looks amazing!

the process left the capreting very clean and was completed promptly. When the technican was concerned that he could not clean a room because the carpet was too badly soiled with pet urine he was honest and didn't do it. I wish the original customer service person had qskd more in-depth questions to possibly determine that before we booked the cleaning.
