Reed and Pete were my technicians. What I loved is that I was at work while they came out. I had someone meet them there, and Reed gave me updates before and after the cleaning. He gave me thorough instructions on my new filter; luckily he added that so that I got the biggest bang for my buck! And also told me when I should expect to do them again! Very good service! And my ducts look beautiful!

I have issues with pet urine/vomit and Zeroed exceeded my expectations. Our carpet is light beige and about 35 years old. It is a high quality carpet but is showing wear and tear after all these years. So, my expectation was just to clean it and your method just wowed us. Did all the stains come out? No. But now I wish we had a before picture. Even your technician Juan was surprised! Thank you. Patti B.

The young man who cleaned our carpets today took personal responsibility to ensure we were happy with the job he did. I was VERY impressed with him and the job he did. I will recommend Zerorez based on him and his work over and over again!!

Dominic, our service rug cleaner, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and good
employee. I have used the guard that is applied every 3 to 4 years and it worked very well.
I had it reapplied this time and hope it is just as good.

What do you like about our products and services?

it was my first time. Didn't know what to expect. I recarpeted my one bedroom condo in 2001 exactly 15 years ago and never professionally cleaned it. There were spots I wanted removed and wasn't sure if you could do it. I would say 90% of them are gone. I'd like to try again and have you work on the rest. I was very satisfied.

Very low odor and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional.....Offer services but did not get pushy which is appreciated...Will be using again.....Very pleased!!!! My carpets look outstanding.....Wish I would have taken a before and after....

the folks answering the phones at the call center are really good!!! They make you feel like you are calling to order your new Mercedes Benz, not just calling to get your carpet cleaned!! they are super willing to help, and sound like they actually enjoy working for your company!! I made 3 calls from getting an estimate, to scheduling, to finding out what time the driver would be there....all three calls were met with enthusiastic folks!! Then the person who did the job ....did an excellent job!! I am impressed with your whole operation!!!!

I liked the fact that they came in and did not PUSH to have everything else done. They came in listened to what I wanted-gave me a price-did the job and they were gone. We had heard all kinds of haunting stories of carpet cleaners and they were not at all. Very polite and professional.
