ZeroRez was able to quickly accommodate the scheduling of my whole-house carpet cleaning. Chris French was my technician. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He was able to answer all questions before starting the job. He took extra care and effort to try to remove several bad stains from my carpet. I am very pleased with the results, and can whole heartedly recommend this company.

There was a scratch left on our wood floor just outside of the office after cleaning. We were able to rub most of it out, but it is still visible. Not sure if there is something more that can be done.

Workers are very thorough and courteous. They did as good a job at Mom's as they did at my place. Mom's couch and carpet are much cleaner!! We bought her new chairs and painted her living room for her 85th birthday. She was very pleased with how well everything turned out.
