That I wasn't perfect the 1st time on some of the stains they came right back out and tried again. The stains are gone I am very happy with them and customer service. Wish they didn't charge me a flat fee just to come out to our house. we are out of their range but advert they are in our area.

What do you like about our products and services?

The cleaning tech who was at our house, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, helped me move the couch, talked about the best option for us.
The cleaning fluid smelled great, very citrus-y and the carpet dried quickly.
Both my daughter and I, who are barefoot most of the time, can tell the carpet feels softer.

Everything! I always have the best service from Zerorez from the person who schedules my appt to the person who cleans the carpet. And no chemicals which means so much to me and my pets. Thank you for making my carpet fresh again!
