Joe was very friendly and handled his job in a professional manner. He even tried to clean some spots twice but unfortunately wasn't able to remove them. He then informed me the spots were imbedded in the padding and this would be another service and additional money I would be charged to remove these. I wasn't to happy to hear that since I believe your advertisement says spots will be removed. Other than the spots not being removed the carpets and recliners look very nice and clean. I also was not very happy to be informed since I was out of your area I would have to have a minimum of $314. Please know that Joe really represented your company greatly.

The service was A+ or 10+ however you would like to rate. The gentleman was courteous, prompt efficent and extremely mitaculous at getting every bit of soil out of the carpets that was possible.
He was truly a wonderful representation of your company and all that you stand for!

Cody went above and beyond to make sure our carpets were to our standards. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt like he wanted to ensure we were satisfied with the job prior to him leaving. We have a 5 month old and I feel so much safer with him being on our carpets. Not only would we recommend Zerorez to family and friends, I would recommend they ask for Cody. He is amazing! Thank you for making our home look and feel clean and sanitary!

The gentleman who responded to clean our rug was very nice and he did a fantastic job. You should give him a raise. I would recommend zerorez more for that reason above all.
