No crunchy carpet after they left. had a bad stain that the tech got 97% out and did not charge me!!

The technicians were very professional and highly informative as to the process and results, as well as very careful to insure that our furniture and other valuables were moved safely and were protected.

The service people arrived on time. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they could and could not do for my carpets--realistic. The work was done in an efficient and thorough manner. They understood about my need to use one of the rooms and they dried it with special equipment. I've had other carpet cleaning services in the past, but nothing came close to the quality of the service and the results that I received from Zerorez.

Some of my vent openings were too small for the brush to fit though so he suggested I not have the service done since he wouldn't be able to clean them all. I appreciated his honesty.

The technicians were professional in their behavior and how they worked - they worked quickly and efficiently and had a friendly, business-like manner and did a great job - my carpet looks better than it usually does after cleaning. The price is in the same ball park as other carpet cleaning services, but as I said, they did a better job. The cleaning fluids are non-toxic and have a pleasant orange-peel fragrance. I REALLY like that no residue is left in the carpet - I can feel the difference.

They were FAST, my carpets weren't soaked so badly that they took days to dry (they were dry within 8 hours) and they had a fresh orange smell when they were wet and no lingering odors (good or bad)once they were dry. Carpets look great - and they were a very light color with some fairly serious soiling. I highly recommend them. You get what you pay for and this was totally worth it!

I really like the satisfaction guarantee. I had problems after the first visit. One part is fixed and I need to take care of the second part by calling for help.

Professional appearance (both in officially marked vehicles and employees in official uniforms), professional courteous employees and great products and services (chemical free carpet cleaning which we have used and love). The air duct cleaning we just had was very thorough and our lead technician, Joe Christianson was phenomenal!!!

Chemical-free cleaning and it works great. THe technicians are always very helpful and courteous and do not come across 'sleazy' as I have felt about carpet cleaners in the past.

First of all I liked the professionalism of Nate. He explained everything to me and was most helpful. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and did not seem to be in a rush! I felt he cared whether or not the carpets would be clean when he left. He even managed, with your product, to remove all the dirt left behind by my previous carpet cleaners. Although the cost was somewhat higher....the job was 100% better. Well worth the extra money!
