We bought a forclosed home and there were some REALLY bad stains on the carpets in the bedrooms. The guys were great and very honest about the stains they thought might not come out. Stuff came up that they thought was questionable and we saved some money not having to replace them! They did an AMAZING job!

Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets. I purchased a foreclosure and was thinking that
I might have to replace some of the carpets. After Zerorez cleaned the carpets I was amazed at how much better they looked. They were able to restore much of the carpeting and remove alot of the stains. Great work, I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family

i was impressed with the service techs and their willingness to tell me that my couches couldn't be cleaned because they were cotton. I thought they could. Impressive--they didn't sell me something I didn't need. I did feel a bit odd buying their stain removal kit but we will see if I need it.
