The method used for cleaning and the efficient and complete process used by the technician to perform the cleaning. Also, the skill and friendliness of our technician. Our carpets look great and we are very pleased!

Carpets are not saturated with water when done. Also the service men are very friendly and do well with doing a good overall job.

The gentlemen were very curtious and made sure I understood everything they were going to do. One of them was also training the other and was very good at trading the other. He made sure he understood what they were doing and helped the new guy explain things to me. I was VERY impressed with both gentlemanly kindness.

My carpet looks great! Aaron Huber the technician worked diligently to remove stains and dirt from our carpet. Actually removed stains that were left on a previous cleaning. He was very professional and provided quotes on getting my area rugs cleaned.

The person who cleaned my carpet was really knowledgeable about stains and worked hard to get them out. My carpet is over 10 years old and has never been cleaned before. It looks new!

I like the "no soap" residue process. Very professional technicians. Even though they had technical difficultues, they were professional in their "plan B" when their truck failed them.
