You take time to deal with any issues I may be having and do your best to deal with them.

The guys (Jaun and Jimae) were courteous, friendly and explained the billing and cleaning process well. They were fast and they did convince me I needed my vents cleaned! I'm disappointed my carpet is still feeling wet in the high traffic areas 20 hours later. Not sure Zerorez WOW'd me though. I think I got what I expected. OH, the price. I expected to spend $145 for three room and my final bill was $265.66. Interesting.... Thank you! Mae Last name removed

The technicians who came to clean my carpets were very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me my options and were not pushy trying to sell me additional services. I had two spots on the carpet in one room and they went over them several times to ensure they were removed. I love Zerorez and I would recommend them to others.

The carpets are completely clean with nothing left behind. A Zerorez representative kept me up to date regarding my appointment as well as the service person calling ahead of time. He was very professional and easy to work with. Another bonus was the corner protectors that were use to protect the walls, it shows me you guys thought of everything. It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for and we are extremely happy with the results.
