I can't really compare you to another carpet cleaning service because this is the first time for me having carpets cleaned. The technican, Mike, was very polite and did a great job despite having to take the equipment back to the office because it wouldn't work. Mike was able to return in an hour or so and do the job.

The technician Juan was very professional and cared about the project. He worked extremely hard to do the best job possible.

There was no smell to the procedure and a fresh smell after the carpets were cleaned.

The cleaning was fast and so was the dry time. Carpets looks brand new again.

We had a very nice, professional technician who did an excellent job of cleaning two chairs,
a sofa and a loveseat. The sofa & loveseat weren't too badly soiled, but one of the chairs was very soiled. After having been cleaned, all the furniture, and especially the chairs, look like new. Based on the fact that we were happy with the job done by Zerorez, and the fact that we were saved the expense of buying new furniture, we found their prices fair.
