The way it looked when he left originally I didn't think I would need a return visit he did a great job, but the spot did come back and I called and Caleb came back and it looks great now. The technician (Dominique?) was well informed, courteous, friendly, and hard working. I had a lot of biological stains and very dirty stairs. He worked hard to get the stains out and spent time talking about what to do in the future of stains came back.

The carpets are amazingly clean, before my daughter bought her condo they had the carpet steam cleaned and the looked awful. We thought we were going to have to tear out the carpet. Now we don't have to.
