The results were better than any other cleaning company we have ever used. Brian, who provided our service, did an excellent job, especially on our carpeted stairs. That carpet is at least 23 years old. It now looks amazing. The bedroom carpet, also 23 years old, looks like new. Brian even gave my husband and me a pair of booties to wear while the carpets were drying. Nice touch!

Technician was on time, explained what would be done and how long it would take and what to expect. The carpet looks much better and the pet odors were gone. The technician did a thorough job, much better than any previous technicians, and acted as if he really cared about doing a good job. He was helpful moving furniture and placing furniture on foam blocks while the carpet dried. We are very pleased with the service and cleaning resuls. We would like to have him do all of our future cleanings.
