I have always raved about your service because they take care of pets stains and they never return. Last year I was disappointed because stains came back. I thought I would try it one last time. My technician knew that I had problems. He was there longer than normal and worked very hard. It appears that my stains are hone. He was also very nice and polite as all of your employees are. The technician took the time to explain what the current condition of our carpets were, key factors in what caused it and how to fix it. He also offered many options available to us to care for our floors. Both technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The results are amazing - our carpets are only 18 months old, but with two kids and two dogs I didn't realize how dirty they were! I am very happy with the end result, the house even smells fresh and clean!

The workers were fantastic!

No harsh chemicals and no soap was the biggest factor for us. The guys who cleaned our carpet were pleasant, informed us about the product they were using on the floor, and very efficient. We would definitely recommend Zerorez.
