We just moved into a new house with many "mystery" stains on the carpet. The guy that came to clean our carpet was very open and honest about the stains possibly not coming out. He worked very hard to remove the spots. Although not 100% gone, they are significantly lighter and our carpet looks, feels, and smells clean. Also, our dog would not set foot on the carpet the day we moved in. As soon as the carpet was clean, he settled right in to his new house. Clearly, the smell (that we couldn't smell) from the previous owners upset him. Thank you!

Service person was pleasant, explained what he was going to be doing and did it very efficiently. Did a great job. Only thing I need to mention is this. We got a call confirming our appointment and assigning the time frame. We were told 8:00 to Noon, however, he didn't call us that day until 12:45. Your service person was given the window of 1:00 to 4:00. So mix up at the dispatch center? Regardless, were are still pleased with the work.

On time , courteous and the products you use leave the carpets not only clean , but the house smells so fresh. I also like that the carpets are not saturated. Dry time is minimal.
