I was warned that even though your service/product was good, to be careful of the up-sell. I went into the this very careful and looking for any situation for that to occur, both from the person on the phone who gave me a quote to the technician who came to my home. While I did take a treatment package above and beyond my phone quote, nothing else was pushed onto me. I was also wondering if the irregular sized room I described on the phone would be something the tech would want to change the price on, but nothing was an issue. He was great and we were very happy! Thank you!!

John and Glenn explained what they would be doing be doing before they started cleaning the carpets.
I also knew what the billing would be before they started cleaning. I did find out that I could have the runners cleaned by your company. I was more than pleased with the way my carpets looked when the job was finished.They look even better today.
