My expectation was to get the carpet MOSTLY clean. We have 3 labs, a pair of 6 year old kids and a cat. It is the highest traffic area in my house and had lots of stains. The difference between the color under the couch and the rest of the room was stark, so I had hoped it might get marginally close. When they were done, every stain, all the dirt was out and the color was consistent throughout the room. I never thought that could happen. Ever. I have had others come out and it has not come remotely close to that clean.

the people are polite & friendly; seem straight forward. The trainee who performed the services at my house was very good---i have managed sales & service teams for 20 years so i am a good judge of competence in customer service. Hardly any company even knows what good service is. This guy knows---hang on to him---he will be hard to replace. He is friendly; polite; thorough; has excellent customer skills; showed me areas that needed more attention & showed me the difference after he worked on them; he also knows his product. Rare combination.
