It smells so clean and fresh. The technician (Jaime) was such a pleasant guy who explained everything to me and didn't rush through the job (like other company's technicians have done in the past - spots have returned and the carpeting just didn't look clean - they've never been asked to do the job again!). He walked me around and showed me all the areas he had cleaned. I was very pleased with the whole process (this was my 2nd time with Zerorez) and I will call you the next time I need my carpets cleaned! I have also told my friends what a great job you did!
