My husband and I were really surprised, there were two technicians that come to our house in one day one did the carpet the other cleaned the ducts. Both were very nice, professional, friendly and most of all they both really believe in the company they are working for. A 10+ to both of them for a great job and wonderful customer service.

The couch cleaning actually worked! It's not cheap, but there's no chemical smell to contend with. After my son spilled an ENTIRE green smoothie, we thought our couch was ruined, but Kong saved the day.
