We have used ZeroRez 3 times in 3 years, and each time we got an amazing professional guy who did our carpets! Always friendly and on time. I rated my rug cleaning a 7 as I wasn't completely satisfied that the front of the stairs in the entryway was still dirty.I was called and someone came in a few days and redid it at no charge to my satisfaction.Thank you.I will recommend Zerozez.
