you use no scents or harsh chemicals. Marrying into a family where my in laws are highly scentitized to fragrances and chemical smells zerorez is the only company that we have found where my in laws can handle being in my house after the carpets have been cleaned.

The guys (one was 'in training') that cleaned the carpets were great! They were very personable and honest. I read a lot of reviews prior to my service saying that there were 'hidden charges'. I didn't find that to be the case at all. They discussed everything with me and told me my total before they even started. I would definitely use zerorez again!
